Each semester, the Student Alumni Council hosts a volunteer event called Community Cleanup. Undergraduate students are invited to participate and can register individually, with friends, or through their clubs and organizations.
Community Cleanup is a great opportunity for students to work together, give back and “Rake-a-Difference.” Volunteers are asked to rake and cleanup the yards of elderly and disabled neighbors in the surrounding St. Paul community. In the past, more than 275 students have participated in each event.
Volunteers are required to meet outside of Loras Hall (South Campus) at 11 a.m. on the day of the event to check-in, and receive instructions and supplies.
